Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 55% Mourvèdre, 25% Syrah, 20% Grenache. Named after an old 1950’s water tower on our property this classic Rhone-style blend exudes warm spice-box aromas of cinnamon, peppercorn, and clove. A mix of raspberries and cherries dance on the palate, with subtle black pepper notes leading into a textured spice and soft tannin finish. Pair it with Port Braised Short Ribs, Grilled Lamb Loin Chops and lentils with herbes de Provence, or Chicken Tagine with green olives. Aged in 100% French Oak for 12 months. Drink now - 2029+.
