Truly a labor of love this wine has an opulent pale pinkish-orange color with velvety smooth bubbles. It is a fun old-world style sparkling wine exuding fresh strawberry aromas and flavors reminiscent of red apple, raspberry and pear, with a lively finish. Pair with Shrimp Gratin, Oven-Roasted Chickpeas, Whole Roasted Garlic Bulbs with Gorgonzola, or Smoked Salmon Toasts with Garlic Sauce. Drink now to 2024.

Aromas of apricot and lemongrass, this fresh, native yeast co-fermented, skin-contact (hence the brilliant color), wine has a textured palate that delivers layered flavors of ripe orange, grapefruit and apricot.  It finishes with a full-bodied, lip-smacking tartness that makes you want more! Pair with Pink Lady Apple, Fennel and Celery Salad, Shrimp Cakes with Lemon Aioli, and Smoky Adobo Pulled Pork Tacos.  Aged 6 months in neutral French Oak.  Drink now – 2025.
