It has a youthful liveliness, promising to deliver more complexity as it ages over the next 5 years. Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes. 34% Grenache, 33% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Syrah. This modern Provence Rhône style Estate-grown blend (it’s name means Varieties of the Farm) has aromas of black cherry and an exotic array of spices. The palate opens up with savory, yet fruit driven, flavors with a cannonball of plums, dark cherries and vanilla. Elegant, feminine and classy this complex wine pairs with duck rillettes, Garam Masala chicken with olives, braised short ribs in wine and port, and beef bolognese. Aged 18 months in 100% French Oak, 33% new. Drink to 2025+

Big perfumed aromas of blackberries and raspberries precede luscious flavors of cherries, pomegranates and layers of spice. Full-bodied with a long cranberry finish. This wine is aging gracefully and showing balanced acidity and refined tannins. Pair with Grilled Skirt Steak and Chimichurri, Juniper berry-crusted Pork tenderloin skewers, and Whole Roasted Chicken on an Herb Rack. Aged 12 months in French oak, 25% new. Drink now to 2024.

100% Zinfandel from our local El Dorado appellation. This wine shows pure zinfandel character: dark blackberry with a touch of cherry and sage and comfortable tannins.
