Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 92% Syrah and 8% Viognier, this co-fermented wine is reminiscent of wines that hail from the Côte-Rôtie region of the Northern Rhone Valley of France. Almond blossom and dried rose petal aromas open up to flavors of tart black cherries with a hint of black plum on the long, lingering finish. Pair it with Smokey Adobo-style whole Roasted Chicken on an Herb Rack, roasted duck legs on mirepoix, and Cassoulet, El Dorado Style. Aged 18 months in 100% French Oak, 25% new. Drink now to 2028+
