Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 100% Cabernet Franc (native fermentation). Bright, spiced red fruit aromas, with a hint of cedar, precede flavors of black currant, spice and pomegranate. The flavors float along the palate with a lovely black cherry finish. Pair this with morel mushroom risotto, smoked brisket or herb-crusted lamb loin chops. Aged 12 months in 100% French Oak.
