Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes Our flagship blend of 62% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and 12% Mourvedre. Wonderfully perfumed with spicy potpourri, sage and dried cherries. Long textured flavors of violets, anise and red berries with an intoxicating spicy roundness on the finish. Pair with wine braised shortribs, thyme and garlic marinated lamb chops, wild mushroom soup and grilled goat cheese salad with tapenade. Aged in 100% French oak for 18 months, 20% new.
