There are a total of 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms upstairs w/ common shower/tub & toilet, each withprivate vanity sink/dressing areas.  Both upstairs bedrooms are large: One is on the waterside and has a King bed and a deck with a small table and chairs. The other spacious upstairs bedroom is on the parking lot side and has both a King bed and a trundle bed.  Downstairs is a smaller King bedroom. Located just off of the kitchen is a 3/4 bath with shower.  The living room, dining area and kitchen all have water/marina views. Good to excellent wi-fi and cell service subject to inclement weather.

The kitchen is equipped with all the basics for cooking light meals.  There is a microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and glassware.  A few days’ supply of toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, cling wrap, foil, hand soap, cleaner, and laundry detergent is stocked.  A stainless-steel propane-fueled BBQ is available on the downstairs patio for your use.

Local hiking and biking trails are abundant, with some trials within walking distance or a short drive. Heavenly Valley Village and Ski Resort is 10 miles away. Area restaurants and grocery stores are also nearby.
