Made with Biodynamic® grown grapes 95% Syrah, 5% Viognier co-fermented (native fermentation). Classic Rhone aromas of raspberry and fragrant white pepper carry over to the bright, ripe raspberry palate. A hint of sage and honeysuckle settle in and round out the long, elegant finish. Pair it with Torn Prosciutto and toasted hazelnut salad, Grilled Polenta with Mixed Mushroom Ragout, Braised Lamb or Cassoulet El Dorado Style. Aged 12 months in 100% French Oak. Drink now to 2029+.
