Golden straw color with aromas of lemon drop, lime zest and dried herbs.  The viscous palate layers in lemon verbena, tangerine, and pear with a luxurious, opulent finish.  Pair with fennel-apple salad with parmesan, preserved tangerine grilled salmon, and five-spice sizzling prawns.  Aged 6 months on French oak.  Drink now to 2023+

This 100 % Estate Cabernet Sauvignon from a classic, cool vintage has a lovely dark garnet color with aromas of black cherry, dried black currants, spice, and cassis. It’s full bodied with concentrated flavors of black cherries, violets and mocha and finishes with smooth tannins.  Aged 18 months in 100% American Oak, 30% new.  Drink now to 2027.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark garnet color with opulent, aromas of black currant and a hint of toasty oak. This is a big, full bodied wine with firm, yet soft, tannins.  Rich flavors of black cherries, a hint of violet and anise, and a lingering spice finish are trademarks of this Estate biodynamic grown wine.  Pair with grilled Rib eye, mushroom ragout on polenta, aged Vermont cheddar and charcuterie, and grilled Flatiron steak with peppercorn sauce.  Aged 18 months in 100% American Oak, 20% new.  Only 50 Cases produced.   Drink now - 2022+

A wonderfully deep, garnet color this 100% estate grown Primitivo expresses varying aromas of spice, smoke and vanilla. There is a solid concentrated core of plum fruit followed by flavors of ripe black cherries. The finish is bright and smooth showing fine balance and great depth of flavor. This wine should age quite nicely over the next 15+ years. Serve with rack of lamb, smoked mozzarella on grilled bread, rich red sauces, grilled gourmet sausages, game and barbeque. Aged in 100% American oak, 30% new for 12 months. Drink now to 2023+

100% Estate Primitivo.  Deep, concentrated flavors of blackberries, ripe plum, vanilla and spice. The big fruit mid-palate carries all the fruit notes into a wonderfully bright, lingering finish.  Very lush and one of the best examples to date of our certified Biodynamic grown fruit.  This vintage should age excellently!  Pair with applewood smoked pork loin, chicken & eggplant parmesan, gilled gourmet sausages with onions & peppers over soft, creamy polenta, Manchego and raw, white cheddar cheese.  Aged for 12 months in 100% American Oak, 30% new.  Drink now – 2026+
